10 affordable boutiques in Savannah

|

Despite being perched on Georgia’s vast Atlantic coastline, Savannah isn’t best known as a beach destination, given that the nearest sandy shore id several miles outside the city centre. Instead it’s renowned for its inland character and charm, in particular its pristinely-maintained public parks, antebellum architecture and atmospheric streets where the presence of horse-drawn carriages harks back to a bygone age.
